Products
Metal nitride powders are a product group with good corrosion-resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity. The nitride powders are used for electrical conducting and hard materials.
TiN is an essential compound for improving the properties of TiC based cermet cutting tools. Demand has grown together with the recent rapid increase usage of cermet cutting tools.
TiN is also useful for improving the properties of high-speed alloys, and furthermore it is used as a decorative
gold alloy.
TiN, ZrN, TaN, etc. are used as target materials for PVD coating and as additives to add electrical conductivity
and thermal conductivity to oxide and nitride ceramics.
